Our ethos

MMM is independent and sector led. We are highly collaborative and open in our approach and since we began in 2004, many hundreds of people in the UK and internationally have contributed directly to building up our knowledge base.

We believe that peer to peer support and mutual problem solving is key to addressing our common challenges and around two thousand individuals and organisations have participated in the programme thus far.

This fourth phase of MMM is being managed through a company limited by guarantee with an independent board of directors. We continue to collaborate with specialist advisors and arts and cultural organisations to deliver the programme and through our shared learning, the material on this site and our proactive programme of advocacy we hope to build up a useful resource for all those working in and for the arts and cultural sector who want to help themselves to design for transition.
