Our expanding community of practice share a passion for realising the leadership role of the arts and cultural community as we face up to the challenges of unsustainable economic growth, resource scarcity and climate change. Our belief is that by growing the cultural and creative vitality of our communities we may better recognise the limits of our finite planet and enable all life to flourish. Never has that task been more urgent.

Independent and sector led, MMM is a creative adhocracy. This means that we thrive by being fluid, flexible and adaptive. Legally constituted as a company limited by guarantee without share capital, our organising systems are designed to be dynamic and organic in order to maintain maximum creativity and inventiveness. We work in cycles, drawing together people, ideas and money from a wide network of sources.
