I have already passed on this document to the Founder and President of an emerging non-profit organization. The insights on collaboration are not just for inter-organizational collaborations, but for members/teams within organizations as well. Getting everyone on the same page when you are starting a new organization or collaboration is essential. I enjoyed reading about the emphasis on shared vision.
