I thought this book empowering in 2007, but I re-read it last week (Jan 2012) and realised just how elegant, beautifully worded and crafted it is + how ahead of its time it was 5 years ago. Now we are much more likely to discuss the spiritual power and purpose of the arts to humanity - and this book remains an empowering and beautifully heartfelt read.
